Holy Week Schedule

Maundy Thursday: April 18,  7:30 p.m. Prayer in song and silence. Communion around the table.

Prayer Vigil to follow at 9:00 p.m. until 12 noon Good Friday. Sign up in Narthex and Fellowship Hall

Easter: Informal sunrise service at Romsey Monument at 6:15 a.m. Bring a reading, poem or song to share. (Dress warmly and bring something to sit on). A light breakfast will follow at the nearby home of Becky Phipps.

Easter Services: 8:30 and 11:00 p.m. Liturgy of the Word and Table

Sunday, January 20 Update: No 8:30 AM Service, Sunday Seminar or Youth Fundraiser

In the interests of being both realistic and safe, we have decided to cancel the 8:30 AM Worship Service on January 20 ahead of predictions of a significant ice event. Weather permitting, you are invited to join us for worship at 11 AM.

Also the Adult Sunday Seminar, as well as the youth sponsored brunch / bake sale after both services, will not take place this week.

Our apologies for not doing a better job of managing the weather. As the Psalmist says:

Christmas 2019

Christmas Eve services:
5:00 p.m. Especially for children
8:00 p.m. Choirs, homily and candlelight
11:00 p.m. Carol sing, communion and candlelight

Christmas Eve offerings will be split between Bluefields, Nicaragua, partner church and Coalfield Development Corporation, in southern WV, founded by Brandon Dennison, former SPC Youth Director.
